The interior design of Under Clouds at Hangzhou West Lake 66 takes rice granaries in rice paddies of Dali, Yunnan and traditional wooden rice measuring buckets as its core narrative inspiration, refining the design essence of "Origin of Food, Order of Granaries". The frustum structure of the rice bucket, narrower at the bottom and wider on the top, symbolizes harvest, proportional measurement and steady progress. Designers deconstruct and restructure this traditional farm implement to realize a modern spatial transformation. Wall grilles, custom wall lamps, partition facades and soft furnishings all adopt the slant surfaces and tenon-and-mortise textures of rice buckets, forming a unified visual language spanning ceilings, vertical surfaces and floors, and embedding the orderly aura of agricultural granaries into every design detail.
